FrameSeer

An updater has been released for FrameSeer. This version adds an Italian localization (by Gabriele Callari). When FrameSeer is launched without privileges (eg initial installation or after privileges have been revoked), it asks for the username and password of a user with administrative rights and acquires the necessary privileges. Previously, the default level granted capture privileges to administrators only. FrameSeer now sets the default privilege level according to the status of the current user. If the user is an administrator, FrameSeer sets Grant to Administrators Only. If the user is not an administrator, FrameSeer sets Grant to All Users. This avoids the situation where users who habitually login as non-administrators, install FrameSeer only to find themselves prevented from capturing until they manually change the privilege level.
