FrameSeer

An updater has been released for FrameSeer. This version corrects a problem where quitting or closing an unsaved capture document prompts the user to save but the save always fails (PSRK5261A). Adds a command to the Help menu to quickly locate an RSS feed containing information relevant to FrameSeer.
